Yeats Country Crepes with Fresh Fruit
Perfect as a dessert or a tasty snack - this crepe recipe is an all rounder.
- 450ml Milk
- 170g Plain White Flour
- 25g Castor Sugar
- 25g Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- Pinch of Salt
- Mix all ingredients together and if possible leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes.
- Put a tablespoon of the mixture in the centre of a hot greased pan and with the back of the spoon spread out as thinly as possible.
- Fry for approx 2 minutes, turn and cook until golden.
- Keep warm until served.
Serve with fruit compote, lemon juice and a dusting of sugar, ice cream etc.
