Ingredients

  • 450ml Milk
  • 170g Plain White Flour
  • 25g Castor Sugar
  • 25g Melted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and if possible leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes.
  • Put a tablespoon of the mixture in the centre of a hot greased pan and with the back of the spoon spread out as thinly as possible.
  • Fry for approx 2 minutes, turn and cook until golden.
  • Keep warm until served.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with fruit compote, lemon juice and a dusting of sugar, ice cream etc.
